Construction Licence
Permission required before erecting, reconstructing, altering or modifying any structure. The application is scrutinised by the Panchayat, forwarded to the Town Planner and Technical Officer, and a licence is issued after site inspection and Panchayat resolution. Maximum time limit: one month.

Renewable licence issued under Section 70 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 for hotels, shops, restaurants, eating houses, coffee houses, sweet meat shops, bakeries and boarding establishments. Maximum time limit: one month.

The Panchayat may grant permission for repairs within the existing plinth area without Town & Country Planning approval, provided the house has a valid licence or is on the House Tax Register for over five years. Maximum time limit: one month.
